Barbara Ericson, Director of Computing Outreach for the Institute for Computing Education (ICE), has been named the winner of the 2012 A. Richard Newton Educator Award. This award recognizes teaching practices, techniques or innovative and new education approaches that attract girls and women to math, computing and engineering.
